So happy you’re here.

Welcome! I am so happy our paths have led us here and am so looking forward to getting to know you and walking alongside you on this journey.

I am Tenaya Wood-Luna (she/her/ella) (mixed Indigenous and Mexican descent). I am an herbalist, birthkeeper, artist, cultural fire steward, climate scientist, teacher, mother… the list goes on and on. But most importantly, I am here to bear witness to your journey, support you through some of life’s greatest transformations, and be in your corner.

I was born and raised here in the Sierras and Baja California Sur, MX, and take some of my greatest inspiration from the beauty that surrounds me in these places and speaks to me through the plant relatives that call these places home. I have always felt called to these plants and birthwork, but truly began focusing in on it after my journey to a career change and later becoming pregnant with my son, ultimately aligning with the vision of this space via embodiment of motherhood and all that it entails. Through some divine timing, kindled friendship with my own midwives, and manifestation, I am honored to have been able to hone this calling into offerings in the Northern Sierras- particularly focusing in on the Sierra Valley and Plumas County mountain communities and high desert Reno communities I hold so dearly in my heart and headspace.

Please take a look through our service and product offerings, and know that it is all customizable to meet you where you’re at in this journey. I am available for consultation, education opportunities, etc. both in person and virtually. Feel free to inquire anytime with any questions, desires, or requests and I would be happy to make space for you within these circles of herbalism, birthkeeping, body literacy education, and motherhood celebration. I truly cannot wait to hear from you.

Thank you for your interest, trust, and curiosity.

~Tenaya
