Mission
We want you to feel empowered - with resources, knowledge, support, herbal allies, and plant relatives. By providing our communities with birthkeeping support, physiological body literacy education opportunities, and products and resources surrounding cyclical herbalism, pregnancy, and postpartum care windows, we ensure you gain the confidence to make lasting, informed decisions about your care, support, and journey in this key chapter of life. Open to all, our resources and trainings are centered around rural and BIPOC communities, while our products are sustainably harvested and lovingly handcrafted in small batches in the Northern Sierra and available to be shipped nationwide.
Land Acknowledgement
We are honored to call the Northern Sierras home, on unceded ancestral Mountain Maidu and Washoe land, on the colonial borders of California and Nevada. These sovereign Peoples have always and will always belong to and steward this place. As such, we offer them, the land, and our nonhuman relatives the utmost respect, continued reciprocity and stewardship, and ongoing upheld relationship through all of our practices. We are committed to supporting and uplifting their health, knowledge, ties to place, and vibrancy. We are honored to be allowed to occupy space on these sacred lands and do not take this opportunity lightly.

Prenatal, Postpartum, and Cyclical Herbalism
From pregnancy symptoms, labor support, and postpartum healing, to fertility support and cyclical health, we have your back. All of our herbal offerings are sustainably harvested and lovingly handcrafted in small batches and can be custom tailored to you- so you can rest assured that what you’re utilizing is safe, effective, clean, and sustainable.
Educational Opportunities and Resources
Specifically focused on rural and BIPOC communities but open and applicable to all, our educational opportunities and resources are place-based, frequently updated, and tailored to the community they serve. Classes are both publicly available or can be offered privately, check our calendar frequently for updates or send us an inquiry!
Motherhood Celebration
If you or someone you know desires a celebration encompassing all that it means to be Mama, look no further. We offer Mother’s Blessings, maternity and motherhood photos, First Forty Days ceremonies, and more to honor this sacred time.
